New design upgrade in digital archive: Overview and samples
Design upgrade
In our digital archive, we constantly seek ways to improve the user experience and efficiency of our software. We are pleased to announce that the first set of changes, focusing on a preview template design upgrade, is imminent. This upgrade will affect key documents such as orders, order confirmations, invoices, and dispatch advices and is just the beginning of a larger plan to redesign the entire archive.
What’s new?
Our new template versions feature a cleaner design, better readability, and more efficient use of space. The goal is to make every document not only more visually appealing, but also more intuitive for end users and Web EDI users.

Below are before (left) and after (right) screenshots of the template previews so you can compare the visual changes. These examples clearly demonstrate the significant impact of this upgrade.
Next steps
After the successful deployment of this first set of changes, we plan to gradually update less frequently used document types, such as receipts, returns and others. This upgrade can be seen as the first step in a future redesign of the entire archive.
