NAY increases its business volume with EDITEL

Until recently, the use of EDI at the Slovak electronics wholesaler NAY focused mainly on traditional procurement of goods processes. The acquisition of the Czech “Electro World” in 2014 was a good time to expand the use of EDI to other areas as well. This is where EDITEL came in, who has been the EDI services provider of choice of NAY since 2008. Among others, EDITEL helped with the implementation of a customized e-invoicing solution as well as the introduction of additional messages including despatch advice (DESADV), receiving advice (RECADV) and inventory report (INVRPT). One of the big projects for the current year is connecting more than 100 national and international suppliers to the EDI network. Concurrently, EDITEL is preparing a customized interface for the newly introduced SAP information system.
