EDITEL at the BVL Logistik Dialog 2016

The 32nd Logistik Dialog event organized by BVL Bundesvereinigung für Logistik attracted 800 participants and a record-breaking number of exhibitors, which once again made the event a resounding success. More than 50 speakers from leading national and international businesses and universities as well as members of the Austrian government shared their thoughts about “disruptive developments – creative solutions.” The centerpiece of the conference was the trade exhibit “All about logistics” where EDITEL had its own booth.

The bottom line of the event was that logistics is moving towards the logistics of data and that it will not nearly be enough to merely integrate information technology into the supply chain as needed. Nowadays, it’s digitization that drives and shapes logistics processes. This is exactly where EDITEL with its innovative Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions comes in.
