Review of the BVL Logistik Dialog 2023

Motto of the 38th Logistics Dialog was: “Hands On 4 Change”

Together with GS1 Austria, EDITEL Austria was represented with a booth at the 38th Logistics Dialog of the BVL Bundesvereinigung Logistik. Electronic data exchange plays a significant role in logistics. Due to the manifold requirements in this industry, the harmonization of data exchange offers far-reaching simplifications. Only a standardized “language” (or data formats) via a uniform communication platform ensures smooth integration between logistics companies and their partners.

This year, the annual leading congress was held at Vienna Airport on May 25 and 26, 2023. The logistics sector event was held under the motto: “Hands On 4 Change”. Among others, Federal Minister Susanne Raab was one of the speekers.

An extensive supporting program awaited the visitors:

• Numerous speakers from business, politics and research shared their knowledge with the audience on stage.
• The trade exhibition “Everything Logistics” presented exciting innovative solutions on site.
• Networking: getting to know each other, exchanging ideas and networking in a relaxed atmosphere was the main focus.

As an industry network, the BVL Bundesvereinigung Logistik actively contributes to the development and practical application of logistics by promoting and maintaining interdisciplinary exchange of experiences between practice and science. Its main tasks include knowledge transfer and awareness-raising for industry concerns.
